It's time we redefine our relationship to adventure. Our culture has a significant challenge when it comes to emotional health. To live safe and comfortably only leads to regret later in life.
Engage and start Living Adventurously daily to establish a deeper connection with ourselves and others and feel more alive than we have in years.
In this presentation I share the first two practices, the practice of allowing and the practice of gratitude, from my book Always Adventure and why they can have such a powerful impact on our lives.
The practice of Allowing is the catalyst for all change. If you are looking for something more out of life and have not yet found the answer, Allowing is the key. The Practice of Gratitude infuses our lives with positivity and grounds us in appreciate for all that is and all that isn't in this moment.
In such a technology driven world, it seems nearly everything is made to create simplicity and ease in our lives. But is easy even good for us?
In this talk we discuss the need for intentionally taking on challenges in our lives. When we do, the result is greater confidence and a deeper connection with ourselves and others.
The primary outcome of intentionally taking on challenges is a greater level of TRUST in ourselves and others.
Sometimes we like to think we have it all figured out...Until we realize we don't. Life may not always turn out like we thought it would, but sometimes it can turn out even better than we ever imagine...If we let it.
The fourth practice in my book speaks to the value of getting curious and paying attention to the world around us in relationship to where we're going in life. When we do, relevant insights reliably show up to help shine a light on our path. This practice of exploring the unknown is a beautiful dance between you and your higher power.
Who couldn't use more happiness and joy in our life? In this talk I share two distinctions about why we have good reason to be excited and why it's important to SEEK excitement in our lives on purpose.
This conversation stems from the fifth practice, Seeking Excitement, from my book. The result of seeking excitement on a regular basis is we infuse our lives with more joy and happiness which gives us a boost of energy. This is a boost we could all benefit from on most any occasion. Here's to Seeking Excitement!
